Ovulation Period

ovulation occurs when a mature egg is released from the ovary, pushed down the fallopian tube, and is available to be fertilized. for normal period circulation, it occurs every month, and only for a day. woman's egg or ovum ables to live only for 12-24 hours after released by ovary.

how to determine that you're ovulate?

1. it occurs in the middle of your period cycle. i.e. if your period is 28days, it's on the 14th day. if your period cycle is 34 days, it's on the 17th day. however, gives 5 days tolerant. and bear in mind that sperm can live until 72 hours. so no worries./

2. your discharge will change to a wet, slippery substance that resembles egg whites just before ovulation occurs and until ovulation is over.

3. your body temperature increased.

4. you'll feel some pain on your waist.
